Before we begin to think about the visual appearance and technical requirements of your new ecommerce website, we want to get to know you and your brand.

We kick off each and every project with a thorough research and discovery phase. This gives us the opportunity to gain valuable insight, ask questions and form a broader picture of your objectives and aspirations in both the short and long-term, through discussion, questionnaires and proposed ideas. This process is vital for us to form a deeper understand of your business, determine the core objectives of the project and helps us to deliver the best e-commerce solution for your business.

With the Research & Discovery phase complete, we’re satisfied that we’ve learnt everything required to proceed to the Visual Design phase of the project.

Our approach is one of iterative design. This means that we focus all of our efforts on creating a single design concept, which we then work with you collaboratively to fine-tune into the final design solution. We allow for three rounds of review, which we think produces a better, more focused discussion and provides you the opportunity to deliver feedback and fine-tune the overall experience.

We bring our designs to life using wireframes and prototypes, giving you the opportunity to experience the visual aesthetic and overall user-experience of your new site first-hand, before signing off for development.

With your website designs approved, we can now proceed with the Development phase.

All of our websites are built from the ground up, creating an entirely bespoke solution using the latest Shopify techniques and web standards. No themes, no one-size fits all approach – a unique and adaptable store for your needs. We ensure that the store is built for the long-term, providing your the ability to manage and adapt content and templates to your needs moving forward.

During this phase of the project, we will keep you fully updated of our progress as we proceed the build, until a stage where we’re ready to share a store demo preview with you, which we’ll send over the URL for you to view and experience the site in action behind a password-protected storefront.

With development complete and a demo store preview provided, we then proceed with the quality assurance phase of the project, in preparation for launch.

It’s paramount that your store performs well from day one. To ensure this, we carry out a series of thorough quality assurance tests, across all popular devices and browsers. This is part of the necessary measures we have in place to guarantee that the website launch goes smoothly, with minimal disruption to you and your customers and an stress-free transition to your new ecommerce experience.

We then provide you with the training and guidance for implementing content and products to your store, assisting you along the way where necessary and providing the support you need throughout. All with the goal of preparing you for launch on your desired launch target.

Our work doesn’t end once the store is live. In the short-term, we remain on-call for two weeks post-launch to oversee a smooth transition onto the Shopify platform and to address any unforeseen issues that might arise.

Moving forward, we then offer our dedicated monthly Shopify success and support service. This service allows you to benefit from ongoing expert support and optimisation, as well as giving you priority access to our capabilities of website design and development, marketing and expert Shopify support and consultation. We will continue to work with you in the long-term to identify growth potential, maintain your store’s performance and roll out new features and developments, paying close attention to each and every aspect of your e-commerce experience. This service allows us to act as an extension of your team and provide you with the flexible support that you business needs for continued growth.
